Like the Apple iPad, Microsoft have decided the latest devices have no need of a number to indicate which version it is. The fifth iteration of the Surface Pro tablet computer – following on from the Surface Pro 4 – is now just a “Surface Pro”. To confuse matters further, every release of the Microsoft Surface Pro comprises several hardware options.
