Microsoft have been busy lately. First they bring out the highly anticipated Windows 8.1, then they bring out a new remote Windows desktop app for iOS and Android, and now they have released Visual Studio 2013 for you to download. Keeping in line with their desire to get everyone to tie a Microsoft account to the services they use, you are prompted to sign in to Visual Studio with your Microsoft account, once you have downloaded and installed the program.
