Duolingo has added a language course just for people who want to learn Chinese. Specifically Mandarin Chinese. With more than 1 billion speakers, Mandarin Chinese is the most-spoken language in the world, so it would probably serve us all well to learn a few words and phrases. You can learn dozens of languages using Duolingo. However, it took a long time for Duolingo to figure out how to teach Asian languages, which are notoriously difficult to teach to westerners.
